Sparwood SAR responded to a mutual aid request to assist in the search for a missing child at Premier Lake Provincial Campground near Skookumchuk. After a large scale search by over 50 SAR members from across the Kootenays the missing child was found alive and well, and reunited with his family after being missing approximately 18 hours.
