When someone is lost, missing, injured, or otherwise in distress in the vast wilderness of British Columbia, well-trained "unpaid professional" Search and Rescue volunteers are called to action. As one of the 80 Search and Rescue groups in BC, Sparwood SAR's members are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to save lives and reunite the missing with their loved ones.
