Members of Sparwood SAR joined up with members of Sparwood BC Ambulance, Sparwood Fire Department and Elk Valley Air Cadets to collect donations of food, toys and cash for the Sparwood Food Bank and Toys for Tots programs.

We drove around the town in emergency and private vehicles, trying to cover most parts of town door-to-door. By the end of the night we had collected 10 truckloads of food and toys, and $850 in donations.
